RISN ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website getrisn.com and provides AI-powered career tools including a resume builder, cover letter generator, interview coach, and company research tool. Our contact email is risewithrisn@gmail.com.

• Email address when you redeem a promo code or make a purchase — used only to validate and track your session access
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store your card details)
• Career information you enter into our tools — work history, skills, education, job descriptions

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of RISN and its users.

5. Data retention

We retain your email address only as long as needed to validate your active session access. Career content you generate using our tools (resumes, cover letters, interview questions, etc.) is processed in real time and not stored on our servers after your session ends. You may request deletion of any data we hold by emailing us at risewithrisn@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to how we process your data
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
